Jason started boating in the Annapolis Basin as a teenager. Now, as a commercial fisherman, he spends almost every day on or near the water.
Sharyn fell in love with boating as a little girl joining her father recreational fishing in Newfoundland. After moving to Digby in 2010, Sharyn found a crew position on a sailboat which cemented her love of boating.
Robert has been a member of RWNSYC since 2010. His family has owned various boats in that time and currently have a Catalina 30 and a J24. Robert enjoys bringing new sailors to the sport and helping them learn to be safe and enthusiastic sailors.
Sally was introduced to sailing in 2008. She loves being on the water, and especially enjoys exploring the local islands, visiting Annapolis Royal and socializing with friends at the marina.
Colin began crewing on boats during club racing as a teenager. He immediately knew being on the water would become a major part of his lifestyle. Since then he has been an active member of the club holding various committee and executive positions. You can find him year round doing boat projects.
Nick has been boating since his father bought their first boat in 2010. He is always willing to lend a hand and is commonly found on the sailboat Rush Hour. Nick is looking forward to helping re-establish racing at the club!
Alice was introduced to sailing at the age of 4 when her parents bought their first sailboat. At 11 she took interest in it and has since become a competent sailor with an interest in helming and racing. Alice is looking forward to helping build our many race courses this upcoming season.
